We are a health care agency based in Ottawa valley, specializing in providing our clients with the high quality health care services which include Home care, palliative care, wound care, home infusions, Post Surgery care and remote nursing care.. We have Nurse Practitioners (NP), Registered Nurses, Registered Practical nurses and Personal Support Workers ( PSW). Our team possess evidence-based nursing knowledge for patients’ care and treatment of chronic, acute, and long-term health conditions. Our recruited nurses and Personal support Workers collaborate with family members and other professionals to provide the best care for our clients using a holistic health care approach.. Our team provides the highest level of patient care in any setting. Most of our nurses have ICU/ER background and are ACLS, PALS, TNCC/ITLS trained.
